I lost my progress. Can you get it back?

Sadly not. Your save lives only on your phone and never reaches us, so uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes it for good.

I bought “Remove ads” and still see the banner

Check you're signed in to the Google account you bought it with, then reopen the game while online. If the banner is still there, write to us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we'll sort it out.

How do I change my ad consent?

In the game, open Options and tap Privacy choices. The ads and consent notice has the details.

Can I switch the swearing off?

Yes: Options, Swearing, None. He stays rude, just cleaner.

It's too hard. Or too easy.

Tell us which monster, which night, and what got you (or didn't). That's exactly the kind of message the balance changes come from.

The music or sounds are too loud

Options has separate sliders for music, sounds and night sounds.

Which phones does it run on?

Android 7.0 or newer, held sideways.
